UAE stock markets end Thursday in green zone

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Thursday's trading session in the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.5% to close Thursday's trading session at 2,765.71 points.

A total of 126.46 million shares were traded through 2,396 transactions valued at AED 165.33 million.

Shuaa Capital led the rising stocks with 9.53%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 7.48%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index rose by 1.03% to settle at 7,318.18 points by the end of Thursday's session.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.37 billion after 332.07 million shares had been exchanged through 6,576 transactions.

The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKBANK) came on top of the green zone with 4.33%, while Reem Investments headed the red zone with 9.94%.
