UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday’s trading session in the green zone after rising by 11.21 points (0.27%) at 4,049.53 points.
DFM’s turnover stood at AED 275.63 million through the exchange of 106.34 million shares.
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) posted the highest turnover of AED 79.10 million in addition to being the was the most active stock with 13.84 million shares.
National International Holding led the risers with 6.66%, while Emirates Reem Investments headed the losers with 3.51%.
Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.397% to 9,563.96 points.
A total of 332.41 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.28 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.94 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) witnessed the highest turnover of AED 178.89 million.
Phoenix Group, which dominated trading volume with 67.93 million shares, advanced the gainers with 5.02%,
Meanwhile, Fujairah Cement Industries Company headed the losers with 6.98%.
