UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 11.21 points (0.28%) points on Thursday and closed the trading session higher at 3,971.01 points.
A total of 308.68 million shares were exchanged during the session at a value of AED 368.89 million.
Emaar Properties registered the highest trading value of AED 67.19 million, while Drake and Scull International (DSI) was the most active stock with 179.06 million exchanged shares.
GFH Financial Group led the gainers with 7.84%, whereas Agility Public Warehousing headed the decliners with 9.98%.
Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) increased by 0.473% to 8,752.20 points.
The turnover stood at AED 1.05 billion through the exchange of 242.19 million shares, while the market cap value hit AED 2.67 trillion.
International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 212.20 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 27.30 million shares.
Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials topped the risers with 14.63%, whereas Gulf Cement Coampny led the fallers with 6.21%.
