Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with a local bank to extend the limit of the commercial credit facility of KWD 4.551 million.
The company noted that the loan will be modified to end on 30 September 2020, while the repayment of the KWD 1.3 million loan will be modified to be in installments with the last being on 31 December 2019, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The financial impact will be registered after Unicap inks the credit facilities agreement with the bank.
At the stock level, Unicap closed Sunday’s session at 74.5 fils.
