Mubasher: Unicap Investment and Finance has received an offer to sell its 37.71% equity in Iskan Oman Investment Company.
The financial impact will be determined once Unicap completes studying this offer and decides about it, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
Unicap held a board meeting on Thursday to consider the resignation of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and its representative from the membership of Unicap.
