Cairo – Mubasher: Universal for Paper and Packaging Materials (Unipack) recorded a 95% year-on-year (YoY) leap in its net profits to EGP 14.68 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, compared to EGP 7.52 million.
The company's sales hiked to EGP 272.63 million in the six-month period ended 30 June from EGP 179.75 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Unipack achieved net profits of EGP 5.39 million, slightly up from EGP 5.32 million in Q1-20.
