Mubasher: United Finance Company (UFC) posted a 44.1% decline year-on-year in its profits for the third quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Profits reached OMR 760,000 ($1.97 million) in Q3-16, compared to OMR 1.36 million ($3.52 million) in Q3-15.
In the first nine months of 2016, profits fell 13.3% to OMR 3.26 million from OMR 3.76 million in the prior-year period.
Net installment finance debtors rose 2.9% to OMR 120.4 million in the nine-month period of 2016, compared to OMR 117.05 million in the period of 2015.
