Cairo – Mubasher: The financial indicators of Upper Egypt Flour Mills showed a 17.49% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its net profits, logging EGP 143.67 million in fiscal year 2019/2020, compared to EGP 174.13 million a year earlier.
In the meantime, revenues retreated to EGP 1.18 billion in the 12-month period ended 30 June from EGP 1.22 billion in FY18/19, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
As for standalone business, the company generated net profits of EGP 133.3 million in FY19/20, down from EGP 159.46 million a year earlier.
During the first nine months of FY19/20, the company posted consolidated net profits of EGP 96.03 million, down by 19.18% from EGP 118.82 million in the year-ago period.
