UAE – Mubasher: Urban Properties Development has rolled out Urban Life Residences, an AED 300 million project located in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay.
The development scheme is under construction, while the completion and delivery are scheduled for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, according to a press release.
The tower is nestled next to a planned 10,000 square metres public park located on the East End of Business Bay.
Urban Life Residences marks the company’s first foray into premium freehold real estate. It will offer 146 units, meeting the diverse lifestyle needs with studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
The company leverages the extensive expertise of its parent group, JAMS Investment, which owns and manages a portfolio of residential rental properties, offices, hotel apartments, and contracting businesses across Dubai.
