UAE - Mubasher: Wizz Air Abu Dhabi launched its first flight from Abu Dhabi to Erbil, providing its direct air link between the UAE emirate and Iraq for the first time.
The low-cost airline will operate the flights to Erbil twice a week on Mondays and Fridays at fares starting from AED 269, according to a press release.
Managing Director of Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, Johan Eidhagen, said: “With the recent arrival of the 11th aircraft to our fleet, we are further bolstering our ambitious expansion plans and are ready to unlock further low-fares and exciting travel options to must-see destinations.”
Wizz Air Abu Dhabi currently operates flights to more than 40 destinations from the emirate.
