Cairo - Mubasher: The general assembly meeting of Zahraa Maadi Investment and Development approved cash dividends totaling EGP 250 million, accounting for 25% of its issued capital, for 2025.
The real estate developer will pay out a dividend of EGP 0.25 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Moreover, Zahraa Maadi noted that the dividends will be paid through two tranches.
The first installment, valued at EGP 100 million, or EGP 0.10 per share, will be paid at the end of April 2026.
Meanwhile, the second installment will amount to EGP 150 million, or EGP 0.15 per share, and will be disbursed at the end of August 2026.
On 25 March 2026, the shareholders also greenlighted amending the board of directors' share in profit distributions to EGP 16 million, down from the previously proposed EGP 37.77 million.
During 2025, Zahraa Maadi logged EGP 712.26 million in net profits after tax, higher by 34.64% year-on-year (YoY) than EGP 529.01 million.
