Riyadh – Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) has entered into a partnership agreement with Nokia to design and create an integrated talent development program.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed at LEAP 2026 conference, supports Zain KSA’s long-term approach that aims to cope with the rapid evolution of the telecom and digital technology sector.
It will focus on reinforcing technical, managerial, and leadership skills across different talent segments, while introducing professionals to keep pace with evolving technologies and business models across the digital sector.
Under the MoU, both sides will design a comprehensive talent development program that aligns with long-term capability-building goals and ensures that people’s skills and expertise evolve alongside advances in business and technology.
Loluwah Al Nowaiser, VP of Human Resources at Zain KSA, said: “The collaboration with Nokia marks another step in this journey. By bringing in specialized expertise, it supports long-term capability development and fosters emerging talent and leaders who can drive the continued evolution of our business and contribute to the future of Saudi Arabia’s digital economy.”
The partnership highlights Zain KSA’s commitment to fostering a workplace that invests in people and advances their capabilities. It is expected to strengthen workforce readiness for emerging opportunities while contributing to wider capability-building priorities across the Kingdom’s ICT sector.
Earlier this year, Zain KSA launched its Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE) to integrate AI across its operations throughout the kingdom to better serve both individual and enterprise customers.
