Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: e& has launched a new contact and customer experience centre in Riyadh.
The new facility is planned to create 1,500 jobs, according to a press release.
The centre is outfitted with state-of-the-art communication technologies, network operations centre (NOC) control, and high-readiness data centres, all meeting the cybersecurity standards set by the kingdom.
It upholds the highest levels of quality, security, and business continuity.
