Abu Dhabi- Mubasher: e7 Group reported net profits after tax worth AED 107.94 million in 2025, lower by 53.80% year-on-year (YoY) than AED 233.43 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) amounted to AED 0.05 at the end of 2025 when compared with AED 0.12 a year earlier, according to the financial results.
Meanwhile, the revenues declined by 3.60% YoY to AED 675.64 million as of 31 December 2025 from AED 701.16 million.
Quarterly Financials
During the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025, the ADX-listed group posted an annual fall of 28.40% in net profits after tax to AED 49.35 million, versus AED 68.95 million.
Revenues went up by 0.50% to AED 210.41 million in October-December 2025 from AED 209.46 million in Q4-24, whereas the EPS retreated to AED 0.02 from AED 0.03.
In 2025, the group returned significant value to shareholders, with total dividends of AED 947.10 million. This followed a regular dividend payment of AED 147.10 million in Q2-25 and a special dividend of AED 800 million in Q3-25.
Last September, e7 Group entered into a strategic partnership with 7I Holding, the regional affiliate of Swiss-based SICPA, to expand its global reach in secure and sovereign solutions.
