Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) inked a SAR 261.86 million contract with Digital Data Centers for Data and Telecommunication Company (Center3) to provide data center hosting services across Saudi Arabia.
The agreement, signed on 18 November 2025, will enable solutions to deliver cloud services and strengthen its operational readiness in line with market requirements and customer needs, according to a bourse filing.
The five-year contract is expected to have a positive financial impact starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025 and continuing throughout the deal period.
It is worth noting that Center3 is wholly owned by Saudi Telecom Company (stc), which also holds a 79% stake in solutions, making the deal a related-party transaction.
As of 30 September 2025, solutions generated year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 1.22 billion, compared with SAR 1.27 billion.
