Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Company (stc) has launched upsource by solutions, the new identity of the group’s Contact Center Company (CCC) specialised in business outsourcing, according to a press release.
The launch, announced at the LEAP 2025 conference, aligns with the telecom firm’s objectives to provide advanced solutions that enhance customer experience.
The new feature enables entrepreneurs to focus on accelerating their business growth by simplifying operations and benefiting from external outsourcing services.
It also allows Saudi-based companies to outsource non-core tasks to specialised entities, which boosts operational efficiency and provides the necessary resources to support core businesses.
Meanwhile, Upsource, supported by the stc ecosystem, aims to be the preferred partner for companies looking to improve their operations, reduce costs, and achieve sustainable growth.
