Mr Gianni Coda Mr. Gianni Coda has been appointed as Director at Atlantia in April 2013. He started his career in 1975 in Volpiano (Turin) at Tecmo. In 1979, he joined the Fiat Group as Head of Purchasing for Foundry Machinery and Plant at Teksid. Mr. Coda subsequently held positions of growing responsibility at Fiat Allis (Head of Purchasing, Head of Fiat Allis Brazil), Fiat Geotech (Head of Agricultural Machinery) and in 1992 he was appointed as Vice President Tractor Production and assigned responsibility for the integration of Fiat and Ford New Holland into the newly established Agricultural and Construction Equipment Sector. In 1993, he became Vice President of New Holland’s Agricultural Machinery industrial division in charge of engineering, manufacturing and purchasing. He was head of Fiat Ferroviaria from 1996 until 1999 when he took on responsibility for Fiat Auto in Latin America. Mr. Coda returned to Italy at the beginning of 2002 as head of the Fiat/Lancia/Light Commercial Vehicles business unit of Fiat Auto and in 2004 was appointed Head of Purchasing at Fiat Auto. In July 2006, he was also appointed head of Group Purchasing Coordination at Fiat S.p.A. At the same time, he became a member of Fiat S.p.A.’s Group Executive Council. In March 2008, Fiat Group Purchasing was established and Mr. Coda was appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. In September 2011 he became the Chief Operating Officer of the recently born organizational structure of Fiat-Chrysler for the management of the Europe-Middle East –Africa markets. In 2011 and 2012 he became a Member of the Board of Directors with the role of counselor. Between 2012 and 2014 he covered many positions inside the Fiat group, including being a Member of the Board of Ferrari S.P.A, Tofas and Atlantia. He is today a Board member Italgas. In addition, he has been an Affiliate Partner with 3H since 2014. Mr. Coda holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Atlantia since 2006. Since November 2013 he has been appointed director of Aeroporti di Roma. Mr. Giovanni Castellucci graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence in 1984 before completing an MBA at SDA Bocconi in Milan.
