| Mr Youssef Ben Abdellah
| Mr Youssef Ben Abdellah is Deputy General Manager in charge of Business Markets at Saham Assurance. He is also Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He joined the Company in 2006. He began his professional career in 1997 by joining Heymo Ingeneria in Madrid where he is responsible for designing and supervising the construction of electrical cogeneration plants. He returned to Morocco in 2000 and joined Arthur Andersen as a Consultant, he oversees many strategy projects and restructuring of Moroccan companies, mainly in the financial sector. After obtaining a degree in Engineering from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Industrielles in Lille in 1998, Mr. Benabdellah received an Engineering degree in Industrial Management and Organization from ICAI Madrid, the school of engineering of the Comillas Pontifical University. |

| Mr Mahmoud Oudrhiri
| Mr Mahmoud Oudrhiri is Chairman of Saham Assistance. He is also General Manager of Isaaf Assistance. In May 2009 he joined CNIA as Deputy General Manager in charge of the support till December 2010 and participated in the merger CNIA Saada. In 2011: He was appointed Chairman of the Management Board and Deputy General Manager of SAHAM Assistance of Morocco SAHAM Assurance in charge of support functions. He was CIO at OCP GROUP from January 2005 till April 2009 (4 years 4 months), Car insurance director from January 2004 till December 2004 (1 year), and CIO from January 1994 till December 2003 (10 years) at rmawatanya. He held several management positions between 1993 and 2004 and was actively involved in several major projects including two fusion absorptions in the insurance sector; before changing course in 2005 to look after the management of OCP Group's information systems. He was EMI engineer and holds an MBA of roads and bridges, he began his career at MAMDA/MCMA end of 1989 before joining AL WATANIYA in 1991.
