Mr Brian Krzanich
| Brian M. Krzanich was appointed chief executive officer of Intel Corporation and elected a member of the board of directors on May 16, 2013. He is the sixth CEO in the company's history, succeeding Paul S. Otellini. Krzanich has progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Intel, most recently serving as the chief operating officer (COO) since January 2012. As COO, his responsibilities included leading an organization of more than 50,000 employees spanning Intel's Technology and Manufacturing Group, Intel Custom Foundry, supply chain operations, the NAND Solutions group, human resources, information technology and Intel's China strategy.His open-minded approach to problem solving and listening to customers' needs has extended the company's product and technology leadership and created billions of dollars in value for the company. In 2006, he drove a broad transformation of Intel's factories and supply chain, improving factory velocity by more than 60 percent and doubling customer responsiveness. Krzanich is also involved in advancing the industry's transition to lower cost 450mm wafer manufacturing through the Global 450 Consortium as well as leading Intel's strategic investment in lithography supplier ASML. he also serves as board member at Deere and Co. |
Mr John J. Donahoe
| Mr John J. Donahoe II is an independent director of Nike Inc Inc since June 19, 2014. He was elected to the Intel board of directors in March 2009. Donahoe is president and CEO of eBay Inc., a global e-commerce company that includes leading online brands eBay, and PayPal. Prior to joining eBay in 2005, Donahoe spent more than 20 years at consulting firm Bain & Company. He serves on eBay Inc.'s board of directors, and he is also a Member of the President's Export Council. |
Mr Frank Yeary
| Frank D. Yeary is executive chairman of CamberView Partners, a leading source of independent, investor-led advice for public companies. He was Vice Chancellor of his alma mater, University of California, Berkeley, from 2008 to 2012 and prior to this appointment was Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup Investment Banking. Until its sale in 2015, he was also Chairman and Co-founder of Level Money, Inc., a financial organization helping the next generation of young adults achieve financial balance. As vice chancellor at UC Berkeley, Yeary led the development of a new sustainable financial strategy, designed and implemented the university's first comprehensive middle-class financial aid program and initiated and oversaw the implementation of one of the largest re-engineering and cost reduction efforts ever undertaken by a public university. In addition, for nearly two years he acted as chief administrative officer managing a portfolio including finance, human resources, labor relations, internal controls and intercollegiate athletics. Prior to his appointment at UC Berkeley, Yeary held various positions in the investment banking division of Citigroup. During the period 2004 to 2008 he was Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions where he significantly restructured the department, nearly tripled revenues and led the firm from the fifth to the second largest M&A business, as ranked by global M&A volume. Prior to 2004 he was global head of the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) investment banking practice at Salomon Smith Barney. Yeary received a bachelor's degree from University of California, Berkeley in history and economics. He is on the board of directors of eBay, Inc. |

Mr. Pottruck is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Red Eagle Ventures, Inc., a San Francisco private equity firm. Mr. Pottruck also serves as a Senior Fellow in the Wharton School of Business Center for Leadership and Change Management. Paul has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Intel Corporation, a semiconductor manufacturing company, since May 2005. Paul has been a member of the board of directors of Intel since 2002. He also served as Intel’s Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to May 2005. From 1974 to 2002, Paul held various positions at Intel, including Executive Vice President and General Manager, Intel Architecture Group, and Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Marketing Group. | Reed E. Hundt is the CEO of the Coalition for Green Capital, a non-profit headquartered in Washington, DC that promotes the development of state, federal, and international green banks, and a senior adviser to GTCR, a private equity firm. He is on the boards of Intel Corporation, the leading manufacturer of semiconductor chips in the world; Level Money, an online financial services firm; Smart Sky Networks, a communications network firm; ASSIA, a communications software firm; and RBI, a rural cable company. He is also an adviser to various technology startups. He was chairman of the Federal Communications Commission from 1993 to 1997, and he was a member of President Obama's transition team in 2008 - 2009. Mr Roderick Mcgeary
| Mr Roderick McGeary, 64 ,has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cisco since July 2003. Mr. McGeary is the Chairman of Tegile Systems, Inc., a stand-alone open source software data management solutions company formed in June 2010. Mr. McGeary served as Chairman of the Board of BearingPoint, Inc. from November 2004 to December 2009. From November 2004 to March 2005, he also served as interim Chief Executive Officer of BearingPoint. BearingPoint filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in February 2009 and its plan under Chapter 11 was declared effective as of December 30, 2009. Mr. McGeary served as Chief Executive Officer of Brience, Inc. from July 2000 to July 2002. From April 2000 to June 2000, he served as a Managing Director of KPMG Consulting LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.). From August 1999 to April 2000, he served as Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of BearingPoint, Inc. From January 1997 to August 1999, he was employed by KPMG LLP as its Co-Vice Chairman of Consulting. Prior to 1997 he served in several capacities with KPMG LLP, including audit partner for technology clients. Mr. McGeary is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. Mr John Chambers
| Mr. John T. Chambers is Executive Chairman of the Board of Cisco effective July 26, 2015. He is no longer Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Cisco Systems Inc. Mr. Chambers has served as a member of the Board of Directors since November 1993 and as Chairman of the Board since November 2006. He joined Cisco as Senior Vice President in January 1991, was promoted to Executive Vice President in June 1994 and to Chief Executive Officer as of January 31, 1995. He also served as President from January 31, 1995 until November 2006. Before joining Cisco, he was employed by Wang Laboratories, Inc. for eight years, where, in his last role, he was the Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations. Mr. Chambers has led Cisco for more than 19 years. Since his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Cisco’s annual revenue has grown from $2.0 billion in fiscal 1995 to $47.1 billion in fiscal 2014. Mr Steven West
| Mr. West, 59, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cisco since April 1996. He is a founder and partner of Emerging Company Partners LLC, which was formed in January 2004 and provides executive management advisory and consulting services for early to mid-stage technology companies. He served as Chief Operating Officer of nCUBE Corporation, a provider of on-demand media systems, from December 2001 to July 2003. Prior to joining nCUBE, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Entera, Inc. from September 1999 until it was acquired by Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (formerly CacheFlow Inc.) in January 2001. From June 1996 to September 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hitachi Data Systems, a joint venture computer hardware services company owned by Hitachi, Ltd. and Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. West was at Electronic Data Systems Corporation from November 1984 to June 1996. Mr. West also currently serves on the board of directors of Autodesk, Inc. Mr. West’s experience in the information technology industry includes a variety of leadership and strategic positions, which have provided him with accumulated expertise in operational management, strategy, finance, and experience as an outside board member and audit committee member. Mr. West is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and a frequent speaker on audit-related issues. In addition, Mr. West has knowledge of Cisco acquired through more than 18 years of service on the Board of Directors. |

Additionally, he served as President of National Semiconductor Corporation from May 1996 to May 2005. Prior to May 1996, Mr. Halla served in several executive capacities at LSI Logic Corporation, where, in his last role, he was the Executive Vice President of LSI Logic Products. | Ms. Bartz, 66, has been a member of the Board of Directors since November 1996. Since November 2005, she has served as Lead Independent Director. Ms. Bartz served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Yahoo! Inc. from January 2009 to September 2011 and as President of Yahoo! from April 2009 to September 2011. From May 2006 to February 2009, she was Executive Chairman of the Board of Autodesk, Inc. From April 1992 to April 2006, she served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Autodesk. Prior to that, Ms. Bartz was employed by Sun Microsystems, Inc. from 1983 to April 1992. Ms. Bartz previously served as a director of Intel Corporation and NetApp, Inc., each ending in 2009, and as a director of Yahoo! ending in 2011.Ms. Bartz brings to the Board of Directors leadership experience, including service as the chief executive of two public technology companies. | Mr. Capellas, 60, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cisco since January 2006. He has served as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capellas Strategic Partners since November 2012. He served as Chairman of the Board of VCE Company, LLC (“VCE”) from January 2011 until November 2012 and as Chief Executive Officer of VCE from May 2010 to September 2011. VCE is a joint venture between EMC Corporation and Cisco with investments from VMware, Inc. and Intel Corporation. Mr. Capellas was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data Corporation from September 2007 to March 2010. From November 2002 to January 2006, he served as Chief Executive Officer of MCI, Inc. (“MCI”), previously WorldCom. From November 2002 to March 2004, he was also Chairman of the Board of WorldCom, and he continued to serve as a member of the board of directors of MCI until January 2006. Mr. Capellas left MCI as planned in early January 2006 upon its acquisition by Verizon Communications Inc. Previously, Mr. Capellas was President of Hewlett-Packard Company from May 2002 to November 2002. Before the merger of Hewlett-Packard and Compaq Computer Corporation in May 2002, Mr. Capellas was President and Chief Executive Officer of Compaq, a position he had held since July 1999, and Chairman of the Board of Compaq, a position he had held since September 2000.
