Ownership Limits Regulations
There are not any restrictions for Foreign Ownership in All Kuwaiti Listed Companies except Banks Sector whose have Special rules as follows:
A- No approval required for 5% Foreign Ownership
B- Central Bank of Kuwait approval required from 5% to 49% for Foreign Ownership
C- Kuwait Ministry Council approval required from 49% to 100% for Foreign Ownership
